Financial Manager

The company is looking for a Financial Manager for an NDA project, responsible for financial planning, budgeting, reporting automation, and development of financial processes. Fully remote.

What you'll do

• Prepare and maintain P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet reports at the project level
• Develop, monitor, and adjust budgets
• Analyze planned vs actual metrics, prepare recommendations for cost optimization
• Control cash expenditures and payment requests
• Ensure timely payment of taxes and mandatory payments
• Participate in automation of financial reporting and processes
• Classify and reconcile bank transactions in the accounting system
• Develop financial models and participate in business planning

What we need

• Experience as Financial Manager for at least 3 years
• Higher education in finance, accounting, or economics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Experience with 1C system
• English level B2–C1 (for participation in work meetings and communication)
• Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Analytical mindset and ability to work with complex financial tasks
