• Managing a team of media buyers
• Scaling funnels and finding new approaches
• Monitoring KPIs (ROI, CPL, volumes)
• Building procurement and testing processes

• Proven experience with Google Ads traffic
• Team management experience
• Understanding of scheme traffic and gray verticals
• Scaling and analytics skills
• Willingness to provide proof
