Legal Officer (IGaming)

The company is looking for an experienced Legal Officer to handle legal, regulatory, and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include licensing (MGA, Curacao, Anjouan, EU, Canada), contract work, litigation, and leading the legal department.
What we need
- Mandatory experience in iGaming
- Practical experience with licenses and regulators in various jurisdictions
- Experience with international corporate structures
- Experience with banking compliance, KYC/KYB and Due Diligence procedures
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Living in Cyprus or willingness to relocate
- Own professional network in the industry
- Successful cases of obtaining licenses in various jurisdictions
- Knowledge of MGA, Curaçao, UKGC and other regulators' requirements
