A large arbitrage team is looking for a Team Lead for the TikTok traffic department. The leader will systematize processes and ensure stable growth of the direction. Responsibilities include managing a team of media buyers, buying traffic via TikTok Ads, analyzing creatives, and reporting on KPIs.
What you'll do
- Managing a team of media buyers
- Buying traffic via TikTok Ads
- Finding and scaling profitable combinations
- Analyzing creatives and collaborating with design
- Reporting on KPIs
What we need
- Experience as Team Lead Media Buyer TikTok for at least 6 months
- Hands-on experience in buying traffic is mandatory
- Understanding of scheme traffic and gray verticals
- Readiness to systematize processes
