Retention Manager

A company in the CIS/RU market in the iGaming vertical is looking for a specialist in player retention and bonus system. The role includes developing promotions, calculating their math, segmenting the base, and managing retention. Remote work and flexible schedule are offered.

What you'll do

• Designing and launching promotional activities.
• Calculating bonus math.
• Maintaining and updating the promo calendar.
• Segmenting players.
• Developing and optimizing retention scenarios.
• Finding LTV growth points and reducing churn rate.
• Creating clear technical specifications for a Junior CRM specialist.
• Verifying the correctness of settings before launching promotions.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of launched bonuses and retention campaigns.
• Adjusting mechanics based on numbers.

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in a Bonus / Retention / CRM Manager role in iGaming on the RU market.
• Understanding of bonus economics.
• Experience in user segmentation and working with CRM systems.
• Analytical skills.
• Ability to formulate clear technical specifications for a junior and control their execution.
