Retention Manager

The employer is looking for an experienced Retention Manager to work on client retention in iGaming. They offer a stable traffic flow, established infrastructure, mentorship, and performance bonuses. Schedule: day shift (12:00–00:00 UTC+3) or night shift (17:00–05:00 UTC+3).

What we need

• At least 6 months of experience in Retention
• Understanding of iGaming mechanics
• Ability to sell in conversation, not by template

Nice to have

• Experience with Africa or Latin America
