Team Lead of Sales

Looking for an experienced Team Lead to build an effective sales funnel and take the team to the next level. Fully remote, internship up to 1 month paid $1000/month, then a high percentage of department profit.

What you'll do

• Building projects and optimizing funnels from scratch
• Managing the sales department team
• Writing and updating objection handling scripts
• Analyzing metrics and finding growth points
• Maintaining reporting on department, conversion, and results
• Participating in recruitment, interviews, and evaluation of new candidates

• Experience as Team Lead of Sales - from 1 year
• Experience in building projects from scratch
