Collections Department Supervisor

An international FinTech project is looking for a supervisor to manage a collections team, control KPIs and improve efficiency of work with the client portfolio and debt settlement. Remote work, 5/2 schedule, income $1,300–2,400 net (fixed part plus bonuses).

What you'll do

• Manage the team and organize daily work
• Control KPI achievement and analyze employee results
• Hold planning meetings, one-to-one sessions and performance reviews
• Control the quality of client communication and listen to calls
• Give feedback, train and develop employees
• Identify causes of performance deviations and implement corrective measures
• Control compliance with regulations and prepare reporting

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in debt collection or customer service
• 1+ year of team management experience
• Understanding of KPIs, operational processes and employee motivation
• Analytics, coaching and team development skills
• Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets and CRM systems
• Fluent Russian and Kazakh

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech, banking or online financial services
• Experience managing large teams and optimizing processes
