Team Lead of Sales

A large traffic arbitrage team is looking for a Team Lead of Sales to set up and optimize the sales funnel, manage a team of handlers, analyze metrics, and improve processes. Requires 1+ year experience in lending/investments, knowledge of Chatterfy CRM, and experience working with EU countries.
What we need
- Age 25+
- 1+ year experience in lending/investments
- Experience with Chatterfy CRM
- Experience working with EU countries
- Experience writing manuals for managers
- Experience training new managers
- Ability to identify individual and systemic issues in processing
- Full-time work on PC only
- Strategic thinking ability

- Knowledge of the lending vertical specifics
