Financial Manager / FP&A Manager

The team is looking for an experienced Financial Manager / FP&A Manager to handle financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytics. The role includes payment approval, bonus verification, affiliate payments, and payment cost optimization. Remote work.

What we need

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, controlling, or similar financial role
• Higher education in finance, economics, accounting, or related field
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Advanced financial modeling skills
• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Ability to work with large data volumes and attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills and ability to find causal relationships in numbers
• Understanding of cost control, profitability analysis, and financial KPIs
• Ability to clearly present financial conclusions to the business
• Good communication skills and experience working with stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and work in a dynamic environment
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or digital sector
• Understanding of affiliate models and performance-based payments
• Experience with payment service providers and payment analytics
• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and/or SQL
• Experience in automating financial processes and implementing financial systems
