Retention Manager (Sports)

An iGaming company is looking for a Retention Manager with sportsbook experience. Requires understanding of sports events, bet types, launching retention and CRM campaigns, player segmentation, analysis of key metrics (retention rate, churn, LTV, ARPU, GGR, NGR, turnover, bonus cost, ROI). Remote work.

What we need

• 1-2 years of experience in iGaming
• Understanding of sportsbook product, sports events, bet types
• Experience launching retention, CRM or promo campaigns
• Skills in player segmentation and user behavior analysis
• Understanding of key metrics: retention rate, churn, LTV, ARPU, GGR, NGR, turnover, bonus cost, ROI
• Experience with CRM platforms
• Ability to write clear technical specifications for designers, developers, CRM and content teams
• English level B2 or higher
