An iGaming company is looking for a retention manager for sportsbook. The role involves running CRM campaigns, player segmentation, and analysis of behavioral metrics. Remote work.

What you'll do

• Launch and optimize retention, CRM, and promo campaigns for sportsbook
• Segment players and analyze user behavior
• Write clear technical specifications for designers, developers, and content teams
• Monitor key metrics: retention rate, churn, LTV, ARPU, GGR, NGR, turnover, bonus cost, ROI

What we need

• 1-2 years of experience in iGaming
• Understanding of sportsbook product, sports events, and bet types
• Experience launching retention, CRM, or promo campaigns
• Skills in player segmentation and user behavior analysis
• Understanding of key metrics: retention rate, churn, LTV, ARPU, GGR, NGR, turnover, bonus cost, ROI
• Experience with CRM platforms
• Ability to write clear technical specifications for designers, developers, CRM, and content teams
• English at B2 level or higher
