HR/Recruiter

The company is actively growing and is looking for an HR/Recruiter who can independently find candidates through chats, channels, and personal contacts. Tasks: sourcing candidates, initial screening, passing suitable ones to the team. Requires at least 6 months of experience, understanding of the market specifics, and cold sourcing skills. Fully remote work. Compensation: fixed salary + bonuses for closures. Opportunity to build the HR function and eventually assemble a team.

What we need
