The company is growing and seeking an HR/Recruiter who can proactively find candidates through chats, channels, and personal contacts. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and handing off suitable candidates. The role is fully remote with a fixed salary plus bonuses for closures.

• Hand off suitable candidates to the team

What we need

• At least 6 months of HR/Recruiter experience
• Understanding of the CPA/traffic arbitrage market
