Facebook Media Buying Team Lead (Forex/Trading)

A performance team operating at the intersection of media buying, Forex/Trading and info-business runs its own profitable projects and drives traffic via Facebook, monetizing through white brokers. They are looking for a strong hands-on Facebook Media Buying Team Lead who will initially get hands-on with running and scaling traffic, then build an in-house media buying direction from scratch and assemble a team of buyers. Main GEOs are CIS (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine) and Brazil; the role is fully remote.

What you'll do

• Independently run and scale traffic through Facebook Ads
• Scale profitable funnels and work with substantial budgets
• Ensure stable traffic delivery under bans and account shutdowns, understanding Facebook infrastructure
• Build the in-house media buying direction from scratch
• Hire, develop and manage a team of buyers
• Shape processes and make decisions on traffic running, infrastructure and team development

What we need

• Strong hands-on experience buying traffic via Facebook Ads
• Experience with Forex/Trading or adjacent high-risk financial verticals
• Experience scaling profitable funnels and working with substantial budgets
• Understanding of Facebook infrastructure and ability to ensure stable traffic delivery under bans and shutdowns
• Readiness to independently manage budgets of $30–50k+ per month at the start with further multiple scaling
• Readiness to eventually hire, develop and manage own media buying team
