Team Lead of Buying (FB)

We are looking for a team lead for a team of media buyers working with the investment vertical. Managing the team, scaling campaigns, monitoring performance. Fully remote, payments in USDT.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of media buyers and be responsible for its results
• Scale working campaigns and come up with new ones
• Monitor team performance, analyze metrics and find growth points
• Develop and strengthen media buyers, helping them achieve higher and more stable results
• Optimize internal processes and participate in the development of the buying department

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead
• Experience with three geos: CIS, LatAm and EU (preferred)
• Practical experience with scheme traffic in the investment vertical
