Affiliate Manager

An in-house brand is growing its own online casino on the Argentine market and is looking for a manager to build partnerships with casino review sites and aggregators. The role requires someone who builds partnerships systematically, works with direct contacts, and owns measurable results.

What you'll do

• Source and onboard casino review sites, aggregators, comparison and content sites, and bonus-code websites
• Evaluate sites beyond overall domain traffic: assess GEO, relevant URLs, placement position, and quality of referred players
• Negotiate and agree commercial terms across CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and fixed fee models
• Onboard partners and set up tracking: subID, postback
• Monitor the funnel: registrations, FTD, deposits, retention, fraud

What we need

• iGaming experience (candidates from other industries are not considered)
• Experience with the LATAM market, primarily Argentina
• Experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or business development in iGaming
• Hands-on experience with SEO affiliates, casino review sites, comparison sites, content publishers, or bonus-code websites
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and fixed fee models
• Working with affiliate tracking, subID, postback, and basic funnel analytics
• Understanding of online casino metrics: registration, FTD, conversion to FTD, CPA, deposit amount, re-deposit, retention, bonus cost, fraud, player value

Nice to have

• Own network of contacts among LATAM and Spanish-speaking iGaming affiliates
• Experience specifically with Argentine traffic
• Spanish from B1
