Lead Product Manager (Acquisition–Activation)

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive the Acquisition → Activation funnel for an online casino. The role includes end-to-end funnel management, A/B testing, unit economics, marketing alignment, and product analytics development. Fully remote, competitive salary + bonuses.
What we need
- 5+ years in Product Management (B2C), experience as a lead
- 2+ years of team management
- Proven experience growing activation funnel metrics
- Strong data-driven approach (A/B testing, event-based analytics, unit economics)
- Experience with OKR/KPI, roadmap, and backlog
- Understanding of marketing acquisition channels
- English B2+
Nice to have
- Experience with high traffic volumes
- Experience in iGaming and knowledge of key online casino metrics
