Team Lead / Buyer (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Crypto/FX)

We are looking for an experienced buyer/team lead with proven experience in Google Ads for Forex/Crypto. Need someone with ready working funnels who can generate offers, allocate budget, test new GEOs, and is skilled in cloaking and anti-fraud. The company provides unlimited budgets, proprietary infrastructure (farm, cloaks, whitelists), high fixed salary + % of net profit from your team, remote work, and zero micromanagement.

What we need

• Proven experience with Google Ads (mandatory) in Forex/Crypto (big plus)
• Ready working funnels and ability to start immediately
• Ability to generate offers and tailor them to GEO and audience
• Proper budget allocation and control, maintaining positive ROI
• Constant testing of new offers and GEOs
• Knowledge of cloaking, anti-fraud, farming/account warming, and moderation bypass in finance vertical
• Ability to read analytics and make data-driven decisions
