Call Center Operator

An iGaming company is looking for a call center operator for outbound calls. The work is remote and not sales-related. Requires French and English at B2 level, fluent Russian.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to company clients and provide information about services
• Strictly follow the approved script during conversations
• Work with corporate database and CRM system, ensuring complete and accurate entry of information for each interaction

• Fluent Russian
• Competent, clear and polite oral speech
• Responsibility and discipline
