VIP Manager (Russian + Portuguese)

The employer, an iGaming company, is looking for a VIP Manager with at least 1 year of experience working with VIP clients and fluent Portuguese and Russian. The role involves independently managing a VIP portfolio, working with VIP segmentation, personal bonuses and user reactivation. Work mode is remote.

What you'll do

• Independently manage a VIP client portfolio
• Work with VIP client segmentation
• Design and apply personal bonus mechanics
• Carry out user reactivation
• Track key metrics: NGR, LTV, Retention Rate

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience working with VIP clients in iGaming
• Fluent Portuguese and Russian
• Experience independently managing a VIP portfolio
• Understanding of VIP segmentation, personal bonus mechanics and user reactivation
• Knowledge of key metrics: NGR, LTV, Retention Rate
