• Experience with SoftSwiss, large brands, EveryMatrix, or equivalents.
• Ability to gather business requirements and write quality technical specifications.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of CRM, Payments, KYC, Risk, and Support.
• Proficiency in Jira/ClickUp/Asana/Trello.
• English language skills.
