Backend Developer (Node.js / NestJS)

The company is looking for a backend developer to work on an online casino. Strictly office or hybrid in Batumi, full-time. Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Docker.

What you'll do

• Design the architecture of high-load services and evolve the existing one
• Develop and maintain services and product features
• Work with realtime communication: WebSocket connections, data streams, media content
• Set up inter-service communication via gRPC and event exchange via Kafka
• Optimize performance: database queries, caching, socket throughput
• Participate in on-call duty when necessary (platform operates 24/7)
