Business Development Manager (iGaming)

An iGaming Affiliate Network is looking for a Business Development Manager to develop relationships with advertisers, attract new partners, and expand the offer portfolio. Fully remote work, fixed salary + bonuses.

What you'll do

• Managing and developing the existing base of advertisers.
• Searching for and attracting new advertisers and partners to the network.
• Expanding and developing the portfolio of iGaming offers.
• Conducting negotiations and agreeing on commercial terms of cooperation.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with advertisers.
• Controlling the launch and further support of advertising campaigns.
• Analyzing traffic quality and key performance indicators.
• Monitoring rates, limits, conditions, and opportunities for scaling.
• Working with the Scaleo affiliate platform.

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Development Manager.
• Experience in iGaming / Affiliate Marketing is a big advantage.
• Understanding of how affiliate networks and advertisers work.
• Good understanding of traffic sources: FB / PPC / SEO / ASO / TikTok / In-App.
• Negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms.
• Ability to independently build communication with an advertiser — from first contact to stable cooperation.
• Systematic approach, initiative, and result orientation.
• Ability to analyze metrics and identify growth points.

Nice to have

• Own base of advertisers and contacts in iGaming.
• Experience specifically in an Affiliate Network.
• Experience with various GEOs and Gambling / Betting verticals.
• Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models.
• Experience working with international advertisers.
