What you'll do

• Leading a team of media buyers: setting goals, monitoring execution, development, and motivation.
• Organizing and optimizing traffic delivery processes through TikTok Ads.
• Generating and scaling profitable traffic with your own team of buyers.
• Analyzing advertising campaign performance, implementing new strategies and tools.
• Interacting with internal and external partners to achieve KPIs.

What we need

• Experience managing a team of media buyers/traffic arbitrage specialists for at least 3 years.
• Deep understanding of the principles and specifics of working with traffic for binary options.
• Practical experience with TikTok Ads.
• Analytical skills, ability to make quick data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to provide proofs.
