Affiliate Team Lead

International product iGaming company with own products across 50+ GEO is looking for an Affiliate Team Lead to develop the partner network in Poland. The team works with strong internal infrastructure and analytics.

What you'll do

• Develop the partner network
• Find, onboard and develop partners (cappers, streamers, bloggers, influencers)
• Monitor traffic quality and key metrics (FTD, Regs, ROI, LTV)
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models
• Analyze partner network performance, find new growth opportunities and scale GEO
• Participate in team and internal process development

What we need

• Experience in a product iGaming company
• Required experience with capper/influencer/streamer traffic
• Experience developing a partner network in Poland
• Deep understanding of FTD, Regs, LTV, ROI, baseline and wager
• Experience with CPA, RevShare and Hybrid
• Experience managing a team and achieving KPIs
• Polish and English from B2 level
