Affiliate Team Lead (Poland)

An the company is looking for an Affiliate Team Lead to develop the affiliate direction in the Polish market. The team works with strong internal infrastructure, analytics, and established processes.

What you'll do

• Develop the affiliate direction
• Find, onboard, and develop partners (cappers, streamers, bloggers, influencers)
• Monitor traffic quality and key metrics (FTD, Regs, ROI, LTV)
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid models
• Analyze affiliate network performance, find new growth points, and scale GEO
• Participate in team and internal process development

What we need

• Experience in a product iGaming company
• Mandatory experience with capper / influencer / streamer traffic
• Experience developing an affiliate network in Poland GEO
• Deep understanding of FTD, Regs, LTV, ROI, baseline, and wager
• Experience with CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid
• Experience managing a team and achieving KPIs
• Polish and English at least B2
