Operating Manager

An international FinTech company is looking for an Operating Manager to optimize operational processes, improve client experience (B2B), and increase business efficiency. Fully remote.

What you'll do

• Optimize operational processes and improve client experience (B2B)
• Maintain high-level communication with clients and quickly resolve requests
• Analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvements
• Work on increasing operational efficiency
• Develop processes and help strengthen the team's service level

What we need

• Experience in Operations / Client Service / Account Management, preferably in FinTech / Finance
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Understanding of business process optimization
• English at least B1
• High responsibility, initiative, and result orientation
