Performance Marketing Manager / PPC Manager

The company is looking for a strong Performance Marketing Manager with experience managing large advertising budgets in Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Yandex.Direct. The role is suitable for a specialist with experience in Gambling, Betting, Crypto, or Gaming who can handle complex moderation, multiple GEOs, and performance metrics.

What we need

• 3+ years of experience in PPC and performance marketing
• 3+ years of solid experience with Google Ads and TikTok Ads
• Experience managing budgets of $100,000+ per month
• Experience in Gambling, Betting, Crypto, or Gaming
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and web analytics tools
• Understanding of FTD, CPA, CTR, CPC, Retention metrics
• Experience working with multiple GEOs
• Understanding of advertising policies and platform restrictions
• Analytical thinking and autonomy
