Sales Manager (calls, FD line)

The company is looking for a sales specialist (female) to work with inbound leads on the FD line and phone calls. GEO is CIS, communication language is Russian. The main task is processing inbound traffic, initial communication, and guiding the lead through a set script.

What you'll do

• Process inbound traffic
• Conduct initial communication and phone calls
• Guide the lead through the established script
• Record work results

What we need

• Experience processing on the FD line
• Fluent, literate Russian speech
• Ability to handle lead objections
• Responsibility and consistency at work

Nice to have

• Experience in sales / call center
