HR Manager

The company is looking for an HR Manager for full-cycle recruitment in IT and iGaming with 2+ years of experience. Remote work, full-time. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to assess soft and hard skills.

What you'll do

• Full cycle recruitment: from job posting to employee onboarding.
• Search for specialists in IT and iGaming fields.
• Candidate screening, conducting interviews and candidate assessment.
• Providing professional development courses as needed.
• Maintaining employee reports within the company.
• Organizing onboarding and adaptation of new employees.
• Building a talent pool.
• Supporting HR processes: performance review, feedback, employee development.
• Monitoring the labor market and salary expectations.
• Interaction with department heads on hiring and team development.
• Participation in developing the company's employer brand.

What we need

• 2+ years of experience as HR / Recruiter in IT or iGaming
• Interviewing and soft & hard skills assessment
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to have

• English C1
• Experience with international hiring
• Understanding of IT market and modern HR tools
