CRM / Retention Manager

An the company is looking for a CRM / Retention Manager to develop user retention, manage CRM communications, and improve marketing effectiveness in the Egyptian market.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement CRM activities: promotions, bonuses, and loyalty programs
• Create content plans for email, SMS, and push notifications
• Set up trigger and mass communications
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and improve key metrics
• Create email templates and test hypotheses
• Work with segmentation and personalization of the user base

What we need

• Experience with GEO Egypt
• Understanding of CRM marketing, segmentation, and customer base management
• Ability to analyze large data volumes and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with ESP/CDP platforms
• Basic HTML knowledge (editing existing templates)

Nice to have

• Experience in Gambling / Betting
• Experience with Customer.io and ChatGPT
• English level B2 or higher
