CRM / Retention Manager

An iGaming project is looking for a CRM / Retention Manager to develop user retention, work with CRM communications, and improve marketing activities in the Egypt market.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement CRM activities: promotions, bonuses, and loyalty programs.
• Create a content plan for email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Set up trigger and mass communications.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and improve key metrics.
• Create email templates and test hypotheses.
• Work with segmentation and personalization of the user base.

What we need

• Experience working with GEO Egypt.
• Understanding of CRM marketing, segmentation, and working with customer base.
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and make decisions based on analytics.
• Experience with ESP/CDP platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML (editing ready templates).

Nice to have

• Experience in Gambling / Betting.
• Experience with Customer.io and ChatGPT.
• English language at B2 level or higher.
