Call Specialist (Lead Handling)

The company is looking for a female call specialist for the fin (finance) vertical. Work with inbound leads: phone calls, initial communication and guiding the lead through a set script. GEO: CIS and Turkey; native-level Turkish is required for work with the Turkey geo.

• Process inbound traffic
• Conduct initial communication and phone calls
• Guide the lead through the established script
• Record work results

• Native-level Turkish (for work with the Turkey geo)
• Responsibility and stability at work

Nice to have

• Experience in lead handling is welcome
• Experience in sales / call center is a big plus
