Senior ASO Specialist

We are looking for a Senior ASO Specialist to work with gambling apps on the Grey Market. Responsibilities include full-cycle ASO promotion, optimization for Tier-3 GEO, and working with Grey Market mechanics.

What you'll do

• Full-cycle ASO promotion of gambling apps.
• Preparation of technical specifications for app development and designs.
• Launch and management of an app portfolio with segmentation.
• Optimization of apps for Tier-3 GEO (Africa, LatAm, Asia).
• Working with Grey Market mechanics: PWA, WebView, bypassing store moderation, cloaking, and content substitution.
• Influencing key metrics: CPI, CR install→reg, CR reg→dep, retention, and app survival.
• Analysis of results and optimization for KPIs (rankings, conversions, ROI, app stability).

What we need

• 3+ years in ASO, with at least 1.5–2 years in the gambling vertical (casino, betting, crash games, slots).
• Proven experience with Grey Market: understanding of PWA, WebView apps, bypassing Google Play / App Store moderation, and cloaking/content substitution.
• Experience managing 20+ apps in parallel with status segmentation (White / Grey / Reject / Banned / Reserve).
• Cases of achieving TOP-10 rankings for high-frequency gambling keywords in competitive GEOs.
• Experience working with media buyers (UAC Search, Facebook) — understanding how ASO impacts CPI, CR install→reg, CR reg→dep.
• Experience with Tier-3 GEOs (Africa, LatAm, Asia) — understanding local search query specifics and user behavior.
