HR Manager / Recruiter

Looking for an HR Manager to find and attract TikTok/YouTube streamers in the binary options field. Primary focus on Arabic-speaking candidates, also English-speaking. Remote work with flexible schedule and compensation of fixed + KPI.

What you'll do

• Search for candidates for TikTok/YouTube streamer positions
• Conduct initial screening and communication with candidates
• Pass relevant candidates to the team
• Help scale the team by ensuring a steady flow of new people

What we need

• Experience in sourcing and recruiting
• Ability to find candidates via social networks, Telegram, Discord, forums, and other sources
• Understanding of how to conduct initial communication and candidate qualification
• Ability to work independently and result orientation
• Knowledge of Arabic (priority) or English
• Basic understanding of trading, marketing, and audience engagement
