What we need
- Proven experience in a leadership position for 5+ years in BizDev / Sales / Partnerships in iGaming
- Ability to build, develop and retain an effective Business Development team
- Analytical thinking and strategic approach, ability to work with data
- Ability to build long-term partnerships and negotiate
- Result-oriented and P&L ownership
- Data-driven decision making
- Proficient English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
