CRM / Retention Manager

The company (the company) in iGaming is looking for a CRM / Retention Manager to work on 5 projects. Fully remote work.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement CRM activities: promotions, bonuses, and loyalty programs
• Create content plans for email, SMS, and push campaigns
• Set up trigger and mass communications
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and improve key metrics
• Create email templates and test hypotheses
• Work with segmentation and personalization of the user base

What we need

• Experience working with GEO Egypt
• Understanding of CRM marketing, segmentation, and working with customer base
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience with ESP/CDP platforms
• Basic knowledge of HTML (editing existing templates)
