Casino Manager

We are looking for a Casino Manager to manage the portfolio of casino providers, optimize the casino lobby, and launch strategic initiatives. The role involves working with B2B providers, analyzing key metrics, and driving product development.

What you'll do

• Manage the portfolio of casino providers and aggregators.
• Maintain communication with game providers, aggregators, account managers, and internal teams.
• Initiate and launch promotional activities, exclusives, and special offers.
• Optimize and develop the casino lobby.
• Analyze key metrics and develop a provider engagement strategy.
• Identify new business growth opportunities in the casino lobby area.
• Monitor SLA, content quality, and integration correctness.
• Participate in shaping and developing the casino product.
• Build and structure the casino lobby.

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience as a Casino Manager or similar role in iGaming.
• Deep understanding of key iGaming players: providers (slots, live), aggregators, platforms.
• Deep understanding of casino product: slots, live casino, instant games.
• Experience working with B2B providers/aggregators (Tier-1 / Tier-2), understanding their commercial models.
• Understanding of casino lobby structuring principles.
• Experience building a system for managing provider discounts and bonus conditions.
