Affiliate Manager (Universal)

An affiliate network is looking for a universal Affiliate Manager who understands both sides of the market: can buy traffic, sell traffic, and find partners. The project is backed by a co-owner with 5+ years in the affiliate sphere, and there is already a team, processes, and resources for scaling. Fully remote, timezone GMT+1 to GMT+5.

What you'll do

• Work with traffic buying and selling
• Develop existing partners
• Work with CPA / CPL / CRG
• Build long-term relationships with partners
• Find partners and generate profit

What we need

• Understanding of the full affiliate cycle: find → negotiate → buy/sell → scale → earn
• Ability to buy and sell traffic
• Partner acquisition skills
• Fluent English
• Strong communication skills
• Fast learning ability
