Payments Operator

The employer — a large network of payment solutions across Latin America, Africa and Arab countries — is looking for payments processing operators. The role involves processing incoming receipts from partners, controlling payment agent details and maintaining reporting in a custom-built CRM. Fully remote with night shifts and a growth path to a leadership position.

What you'll do

• Process incoming receipts from partners (200+ per shift)
• Control payment agent details
• Communicate with partners on payment processes and explain working instructions
• Enter data into the custom-built CRM and maintain reporting

What we need

• Understanding of how crypto transfers work (p2p)
• Comfortable working with numbers and entering them into Excel
• Understanding of and ability to work with proxies, emulators and antidetect browsers

Nice to have

• Experience in payment processing/acceptance for LATAM/Africa geos
• Experience as an affiliate, project manager or support operator
