We are looking for a Team Lead Media Buyer for a Crypto team (Facebook). The role involves building a buyer team from scratch, personally running traffic, managing the creative team, and improving processes. Required experience in Crypto and Facebook, plus leadership qualities. We offer: fixed + commission, payments in USDT, office/remote.

What you'll do

• Build and structure a team of media buyers from scratch
• Run traffic personally and demonstrate results in practice
• Manage the team and drive results, not just 'observe'
• Immerse yourself in processes and improve them
• Work with the creative team (copywriters, designers, layout specialists)
• Set technical assignments and test new combinations

What we need

• Required experience in Crypto and Facebook ads
• Team lead experience or strong media buyer with desire to grow into TL
• Real cases and profit track record
• Creativity, flexibility, and understanding of how to make money
