Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

The employer — a holding with its own affiliate program and media channels — is looking for an active Affiliate Manager to scale the business and the team. The role involves managing webmasters within the affiliate program, handling inbound requests, and independently sourcing new partners across various traffic sources. The position is fully remote, with competitive total income and growth opportunities within individual GEO directions.

What you'll do

• Manage and support webmasters within the affiliate program
• Handle inbound requests and work with an existing partner base
• Independently source and attract new partners
• Communicate with webmasters across various traffic sources
• Develop partner relationships and help webmasters grow

What we need

• Experience in iGaming, preferably 1+ year
• Understanding of the market and cooperation models
• Knowledge of key traffic sources: Facebook, SEO, ASO, PPC, Telegram, TikTok, In-App
• Ability to communicate professionally with partners
• Initiative, self-reliance, and a proactive attitude
• Willingness to independently source new webmasters, not only handle inbound requests
