Creative Designer

We are looking for a creative designer for a performance team. Verticals: finance (Forex, CFD, crypto), gambling. Sources: Google Demand Gen, Kayzen. Geo: Europe, Asia, LATAM. Full remote, full-time.

What you'll do

• Creating static and GIF creatives for Demand Gen and Kayzen: lifestyle, news-style, social proof, education. Constant testing and rotation of creatives.
• Reskinning for new geos: language, currency, flags, local visual code.
• Working within the moderation of Google DG / UAC / Unity / Mintegral: knowing the boundaries and maximizing performance.

What we need

• Proficient in Figma + Photoshop: fast templates, clean layers, quick assembly.
• GIF animation: glares, buttons, accents.
• Understanding how a banner works: hierarchy, eye movement (hero → trigger → CTA).
• A feel for the finance niche: luxury, win, trust, urgency.
• Habit of using spy services and bringing trends.
• AI tools in work: Midjourney, Flux, Ideogram, Nano Banana, Photoshop AI; Kling, Runway for video.
