Head of QA

An iGaming company is looking for a Head of QA to lead QA strategy and team. The role involves developing automation, implementing metrics, and collaborating with engineering and product teams. Office-based in Limassol, Cyprus, with relocation support.

What you'll do

• Shape QA strategy and processes across all SDLC stages.
• Manage and scale the QA team (Manual, Automation, QA Leads).
• Develop automation and QA infrastructure.
• Implement metrics, improve release quality, and reduce production risks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and business.
