HR Manager / HR Recruiter

An international traffic-arbitrage team is looking for a strong HR recruiter to hire within the traffic-arbitrage space. Fluent English (B2–C1), Spanish (B2–C1) and Russian are mandatory, along with experience working with arbitrage teams and arbitrage vacancies. The candidate must independently source, evaluate and select strong specialists and be results-oriented.

What you'll do

• Source, evaluate and select strong candidates for the arbitrage team
• Fill arbitrage vacancies (media buyers and related roles)
• Run recruiting independently and own hiring results
• Communicate with candidates in English, Spanish and Russian

What we need

• English — B2–C1
• Spanish — B2–C1
• Russian — fluent
• Experience working with arbitrage teams and arbitrage vacancies
• Ability to quickly source, evaluate and select strong candidates
• Self-sufficiency, responsibility and results orientation
