Team Lead Media Buying (Gambling)

The employer is looking for a Team Lead Media Buying in gambling — someone responsible for the results of the entire direction: the team of buyers, budgets and profit. An experienced team lead with media buying experience in gambling, who has worked with Facebook and/or Google and is fluent in ROI, CPA, LTV metrics.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of buyers: set goals, control KPIs, grow people
• Own spend, ROI and profit of the direction
• Launch, optimize and scale campaigns
• Test new funnels, sources and GEOs
• Hire, train and build processes
• Influence strategy and implement decisions immediately

What we need

• Experience in Media Buying, especially in Gambling
• Prior team lead experience with real management of buyers
• Experience with Facebook and/or Google and understanding of GEO specifics
• Fluent command of ROI, CPA, LTV and other metrics
• Case studies with numbers: personal results and team results separately
• Systemic thinking and accountability for results
