VIP Team Lead

We are looking for a VIP Team Lead for an international iGaming project. Develop VIP direction and client retention.
What you'll do
- Develop VIP direction and client retention
- Work with VIP clients via chats and calls
- Analyze VIP segment behavior
- Establish processes and participate in further team development
What we need
- Experience with VIP clients in iGaming at Team Lead/Senior level for at least 1 year
- Understanding of retention mechanics
- Fluent Russian
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Uzbek language
