VIP Team Lead

We are looking for a VIP Team Lead for an international iGaming project. Develop the VIP direction and client retention, work with VIP clients via chats and calls, analyze VIP segment behavior, build processes and participate in further team development.

What we need

• Experience working with VIP clients in iGaming at Team Lead/Senior level for at least 1 year
• Understanding of retention mechanics
• Fluent Russian (team is Russian-speaking)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Uzbek language
