Senior Affiliate Manager

We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to scale the affiliate direction in RU/CIS GEO, attract new webmasters and develop the existing affiliate network. The company is an international product company in Gambling / iGaming with a remote-first culture.

What you'll do

• Search and attract new webmasters and partners
• Develop and support the existing affiliate base
• Negotiate and build long-term partnerships
• Analyze affiliate traffic performance together with the analytics department
• Achieve goals for partner network development and traffic volume growth
• Participate in industry conferences and events

What we need

• Experience in affiliate marketing
• Understanding of the RU/CIS market
• Negotiation and partnership building skills
• Analytical skills for traffic performance evaluation
• Willingness to attend conferences
