What you'll do

• Launching ad campaigns from scratch: testing links, creatives, and audiences
• Optimization and scaling under KPIs
• Working with creatives: briefs for designers, testing new formats
• Analytics: reporting, hypothesis generation, finding growth points
• Using various approaches, setups, and workarounds for stable account operation

What we need

• 1+ year experience as a TikTok media buyer
• Active and successful campaigns within the last month
• Experience with budgets of $500+/day
• Experience in verticals: crypto, invest, e-commerce, betting, nutra
• Deep understanding of TikTok algorithms, optimization, tests, and workarounds
• Ability to adapt quickly and make decisions in a dynamic environment
