Reputation Specialist (Review Management)

We are looking for a specialist to manage the online reputation of our products. You will create and manage Trustpilot business accounts, build a flow of reviews, work with Reddit and X, monitor mentions and handle negative feedback. 1+ year of experience required, deep understanding of Trustpilot and Reddit is a must.

What you'll do

• Create and manage Trustpilot business accounts
• Build a flow of reviews from farm accounts so that the right ones stay long and don't get removed after a week
• Prepare Reddit posts and comments that don't get banned
• Monitor mentions and quickly handle negative feedback
• Push negative content out of search results
• Report on rating and mention dynamics

What we need

• 1+ year of experience
• Trustpilot with full understanding of mechanics: business accounts, tariffs, comment types, what affects review visibility
• Reddit: understanding how to build an account farm, where to get accounts, how to set up proxies and why posts get banned
• Basic understanding of X: account warming, etc.
• Cases: show platforms you worked with and results

Nice to have

• Ability to work with review platform analogs for different tiers
• Experience in fintech, trading, or crypto
