CEO / General Director (SEO / Digital)

The company (the company) is looking for a CEO / General Director with experience in SEO and business management. The role includes developing strategy, managing P&L, building processes and teams, overseeing SEO directions, implementing AI and automation, and gradually taking over operational management from the owner. Willingness to work in Kazakhstan is required, relocation assistance is offered.

What you'll do

• Developing the company's growth strategy and project portfolio
• Managing P&L, budgets, and unit economics
• Building organizational structure, processes, KPI/OKR
• Managing department heads and teams
• Overseeing SEO directions and prioritizing projects
• Identifying new growth opportunities and launching new directions
• Implementing AI and automation into business processes
• Gradually taking over operational management from the owner CEO

What we need

• 5+ years of experience in SEO and proven cases with measurable results
• Experience managing a company or large business unit
• Experience managing P&L and large teams
• Strong skills in finance, processes, and scaling
• Systematic approach and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Willingness to work in Kazakhstan

Nice to have

• Experience with a portfolio of SEO sites / affiliate projects
• Experience with international GEOs
• MBA / Executive MBA
