Team Lead Assistant

The company is looking for a Team Lead Assistant (Quality Control) to control lead processing quality, analyze dialogues, track KPIs, and improve team efficiency. Requires 1+ year experience as OKK/assistant TL, analytics skills, and proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel. Forex experience is a strong plus.

What you'll do

• Control the quality of lead processing
• Analyze dialogues
• Track department KPIs and identify growth areas
• Monitor compliance with internal standards and regulations
• Find weaknesses in processing and help eliminate them
• Prepare analytics and reports for the Team Lead
• Participate in process development and team efficiency improvement

What we need

• 1+ year experience as OKK/Team Lead Assistant
• Ability to work with analytics and metrics
• Attention to detail
• Ability to give objective and constructive feedback
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
• Ability to take responsibility for one's area of work

Nice to have

• Experience in the Forex vertical
