Team Lead Assistant (Quality Control)

We are looking for a Team Lead Assistant to control lead processing quality and analytics in the department. Requires 1+ year experience as QC/Team Lead Assistant, skills in metrics and Google Sheets/Excel. Experience in Forex vertical is a plus.

What you'll do

• Control the quality of lead processing
• Analyze dialogues
• Track key department metrics and identify growth points
• Monitor compliance with internal standards and regulations
• Find weak spots in processing and help eliminate them
• Prepare analytics and reports for the Team Lead
• Participate in process development and team efficiency improvement

What we need

• 1+ year experience as QC/Team Lead Assistant
• Ability to work with analytics and metrics
• Attention to detail
• Ability to give objective and constructive feedback
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel
• Ability to take responsibility for own area of work

Nice to have

• Experience in Forex vertical
