Growth & Marketing Lead

We are looking for a Marketing Lead for a gaming Telegram Mini App project in esports / CS2. Responsibilities include developing a marketing strategy for the CIS region, managing traffic acquisition and promotion in Telegram, working with influencers and streamers, finding and scaling new traffic sources, and participating in events and in-game marketing activities.
